Frequently Asked Questions
New to working with a professional organiser? Here are the questions I'm asked most often. If there's anything else on your mind, just get in touch and I’ll be happy to talk it through.

Every journey begins with a free, no-obligation 30-minute discovery call. It's a relaxed chat over video where you can show me the space that's troubling you, tell me what you're hoping for, and get a feel for how I work. There's no pressure to book, it's simply a chance to see if we're the right fit for one another.
-
We'll always begin where you feel most overwhelmed. Working side by side, we'll sort through your belongings at a pace that feels comfortable, deciding together what to keep, and giving everything that stays a logical, easy-to-maintain home.
You stay in control throughout. I'm there to guide, encourage and take on the heavy lifting.
-
That depends entirely on the space and how much there is to work through. Sessions run for a minimum of three hours, as that's usually what's needed to make real, visible progress in a day.
Some spaces are transformed in a single session; bigger projects may span several. We'll map out a realistic plan together on your consultation.
-
Sessions are £40 per hour with a three-hour minimum, and I offer half-day, school-day and full-day packages to suit different projects. Your consultation is always free. You'll find full details on my Pricing page.

Never. Every decision about your belongings is yours and yours alone. My role is to gently help you think through what genuinely serves the life you're living now, but nothing ever leaves your home without your say-so. Decluttering isn't about owning less for the sake of it; it's about making room for what matters most to you.
-
Absolutely not. I've seen every kind of space, and I understand that clutter builds up for all sorts of reasons — a busy season of life, a bereavement, a house move, or simply the relentless pace of everyday living. I work compassionately and completely without judgement. This is a safe space, always.
-
Please don't! It's genuinely more useful for me to see your space exactly as it is. Tidying beforehand only hides the very things we need to work through together so resist the urge and let me see the real picture.
-
Getting things out of the house is an essential part of creating a calm, clutter-free space, so I'll help you handle this properly. I can advise on the best routes for donating, selling or recycling, and I offer some removal services to take the hassle away. Wherever possible, we'll find responsible new homes for your items rather than sending them to landfill.
-
Not necessarily — and never before we've worked out what you actually need. I always start with what you already have. If additional storage would genuinely help, I'll talk you through the options: you're welcome to buy these yourself, or I can source them for you at cost price and itemise them clearly on your bill.

I'm based in Warwickshire and work in person throughout the county and the surrounding areas, including Leamington Spa, Warwick, Kenilworth, Stratford-upon-Avon Coventry, Banbury, Cotswolds and North Oxfordshire. Mileage is included for up to 25 miles; beyond that, I'm happy to provide a quote. If i’m unable to travel to your location, I will try and recommend another local organiser for you to contact.
